    We have a challenging and exciting role for a customer focused individual to join the West Lancashire Borough Council`s Repairs and Servicing team. You will be a team player who will manage a small team and help us deliver a high-quality repairs and voids service to our customers.

    You will assist the Repairs & Servicing Manager in the provision of a day-to-day maintenance service for the Council’s housing stock and other property assets as required to meet the Council’s responsibilities in the borough and provide other contracted services as required.

    The role involves managing a small team to ensure that we correctly identify the remedial works required and commission this work with our contractor.

    You will lead, co-ordinate and develop the relationship with contractors for the delivery of the repairs service, including working closely with the Repairs & Servicing Manager to ensure excellent service delivery on void homes and responsive maintenance.
